duration: 5 hours
In a black/dark grey square room.
I made a square of soil.
With a bowl of white yogurt and two piles of flour in front of the center of the soil.
Start action standing motionless in the center.
Start movement slowly with taking flour in hands from two piles, bringing it up in front of face,
above head and spreading arms and letting it fall.
Repetitive movement from the earth to the light and back down again, connected to breathing
and empowering and then letting go and sink in the earth again.
Changing speed to find my speed between slow and faster.
When flour is finished, I alternate between soil and yogurt.
Going through stages like flouting, being in balance, strength, emptiness, rage, rooms becomes
smaller and bigger and feeling shame, wanting to dissolve in the earth.
Coming out of the earth falling back into familiar movement and then this transforms in
playfulness.
Ending up with making a big pile of soil and pour the yoghurt that is left on top of the pile.
Standing behind the pile, look at the audience and end two minutes before 9.

It’s amazing, a deconstruction of the self and a liberation at the same time. Thanks
